Help troubleshooting

Ok I was driving home from work and accelerated to maintain 50 up an incline. Nothing major. As it would happen my truck went straight to idle and would had no response when I hit the throttle. I coasted it to the side and had it towed home. The check engine light and wrench light both came on as well. After scanning the codes and clearing them, the icp sensor shows bad. No oil in the connector so I assumed it was bad. Replaced it with a new one. The truck has been running very rough at cold start even before this issue. I checked the egr valve and it was cruddy. But through investigation I discovered my her is deleted just have the valve. The truck will now move but throws the wrench light still. I have not driven it more than a hundred feet. It has the distinct blue smoke and smell of diesel out of the exhaust. FICM voltage is above 48. I checked codes again and it showed a misfire on cylinder 2. Cleared the codes and get a pending code showing the icp again. At idle 691rpm the icp is 581 psi and at 1200 rpm I have 730 psi. I have a wifi elm 327 scanner for my iPhone. Also checked oil temps to coolant temps and can monitor other things. I'm just looking for the the best place to start. I haven't driven the truck in while now because I had to have knee surgery. I'm hoping to fix it myself but it's going to be slow going. Any ideas where to start would be great

What ICP code are you seeing?

Many times an ICP code will set from excessive cranking, or cranking with the ICP disconnected.

P2286 and the misfire code was P0302 with p3722 b0522 b0600. With the icp unplugged it was icp low voltage and high voltage.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. My mom passed away the morning after I started this thing. So here's the numbers:

Idle. ICP 581.97 IPR 22.42%

2500 rpm. ICP 1596 IPR 42.14%

Any ideas on where to start looking next? I started it for the first time this morning since I first posted this and it was like it was having to burn off fuel before it would even crank. Rough start but after warm up it ran fine. I didn't drive it just checked all the numbers. Deltas were at 14C difference and I do have an egr delete but the valve is still installed. I did not even put it in drive but the wrench light is off now as well.

I'd really love to figure this this thing out. Any ideas would be appreciated as you are all much better at this than I.

Ok so I decided to drive the truck just in the driveway yesterday evening and it was running fine. Decided to take it out this morning cold and couldn't even get out of the driveway. Last night the engine was up to temp this morning it was a cold start and was running rough. The wrench light came on so I parked it again.

I'm using a wifi elm 327 with engine link on my iphone. I have torque on my android tablet but I am going to have to root it to use it with the adapter.
