1999 E450 Shuttle Bus
we have 1999 E450 shuttle bus has problem with turn signals and flashers flash dim cleaned ground still flash dim flasher seams to have low voltage to one wire only when wires are plugged on to flasher anyone have this problem before we are looking for wiring diagram anyone know where to find one any help would be helpful its a nightmare

When you say the "flasher" is dim, are you talking about the tun signal indicators in the dash display, or the actual turn signals on the front and rear of the vehicle?
Have you tried swapping the actual flasher unit? Here is a decent article on testing the flasher unit.

1999 e450 shuttle bus
the bulbs front and rear rear are most noticeable went to napa got a new flasher they said it was the one that belonged in it that one wont flash at all i am going back to napa maybe a bad flasher its electronic thanks for your reply Cal
