Turn Signal Flasher Problem
Anybody else had their flasher just sort of "stick" on rather than flash? The turn signal stalk works just fine - it's the actual flasher mechanism that stays on. None of the lights are out.
What gives? Anyone already dealt with this issue?
It's a 2004 Excursion XLT.

This is caused either by a burnt out bulb which you've already ruled out, or a bad flasher unit. So at this point just change the flasher unit.
