F250 Bags or Blocks

bags or blocks
I have a 2012 F250 without camper special equip. I pull a 14,000lb 5th wheel toy hauler. I put the Firestone bags on with a air compressor mounted under the washer fluid tank and the switch and gauge under steering wheel. I love this combination, when pulling the 5th wheel I pump the air up to 35-40 lbs without any weight on the box. With the 5th wheel weight (2200lbs hitch weight) the air pressure on the gauge goes up to 55-60lbs. This improved the ride a lot and when running empty I lower it down to 10lbs.(firestone recommends it be no lower than 5lbs). I don't really notice any difference in ride if I leave the bags pumped up or at 10lbs The reason I lower it is to lower the box when running empty.

This has been great feedback. I was leaning to blocks originally but now i think I'm going to go the airbag route. I like that the truck stays the same for warranty reasons and I bet the 5lb min pressure in the bags will be just enough to alleviate the front high when empty. Thanks for the help.
