Engine seized

hey I have a 99 v10 Super duty that won't start it acts likevthe engine us seized the guy I bought it from says,that ut just shut iff at avred light and he couldnt getbit started sence than when I try to.start the truck it acts like the engine is seized I.checked the oil and coolent both are clean and full.no signs of leaks I heard it could be the ac pump stoping the belt from moving does any one have any idea whats wrong with my truck?!

Take the serpentine belt off and try to start your truck. If it is the A/C compressor, the engine will turn over. Don't run it too long in that configuration, you won't have a water pump.

Take off the belt and remove the spark plugs. Then put a socket with a breaker bar on the crank bolt and try to spin it.

x2 on removing the spark plugs.. this releives all the compression on the engine.. remove the belt and manaully try and turn over.. let us know

Could also be the tranny bogging the engine down.. It happened to me when engaging in drive or R. I was just pulling to a stop light and it died. I can believe that it would happen in park too.
