rad support is out and going to redi strip for rust removal




its worse than i thought.but fixable no prob.

thats my goal...im trying to figure out my plan..i need to at least mount one so i can trim rad support before it gets paint...

i need inspiration myself.I meant to have all teardown done last weekend.i barely got started. turbo and fuel pump still on,not pulled driveshaft,booster,bed either.and now i am under the weather so..i am just hoping i can get on it this weekend..afterall sundays my b-day!

also,body mounts on the way..I like to not got body mounts apart from rad support...it involved cut off wheel and drivers side still stuck on the frame

Mine were in horrible shape on the rad support also. When I was working on every thing else, I keep spraying them. I didn't have to cut them off but they were horrible.

now if only the collector would come come off the dang up pipes. the doughnuts were not leaking lol. i even bolted the uppipes back on the manifolds..guess tomorrow night I will have to get out the heat boys! I thought those things would come apart MUCH easier.

I really want to get that turbo repaired and throw some stage IIs in..but um that money could get my street rod a LONG way towards being driveable....
