wiring harness for rear passenger door

The wires going from the door post to the rear passenger door got pinched and broken. I soldered and heat shrunk the wires but because they are in the bend in the door they have broken again. Is that harness replacable, and if so where does it plug in to the main harness? If I can't replace the whole harness to that door, can you get into the door post to where I could replace the section of damaged wires with a splice in the door post and another splice in the door?

It unplugs from inside the B pillar. Make your splices in the pillar and in the door. Leave virgin wire where it flexes
