2005 Expedition EB Electrical Issue

Hey Guys, I'm new to this site. I have a 2005 Expedition EB, no NAV. When the car is running, all lights pulsate. Interior, Dash, headlights. I have a brand new battery. Checked for a parasitic draw. All is good. All tested voltage while car is running, fluctuates between 13.9v-14.7v but a majority of the time its over 14.3v. Never steady at one voltage. I'm looking towards a new Alternator, not sure that would fix the problem. Anyone out there have the same problem, and what could be causing this issue. Thanks for your input and help.

Follow all cables that come off the battery negative and make sure the ends are clean and tight. A loose engine to body ground connection or dirty armature contacts inside the alternator are the main culprits for this kind of behavior.

I'd suspect the alternator.

Most auto parts stores can test the alternator in-vehicle. I'd suggest doing that first to see what the diagnostic machine says.
