Spit Spark Plug

My 2003 F-150 5.2 L spit a sparkplug on a Saturday when I was out of town. $500 repair at the local dealer. I thought the plug was over torqued when the plugs were changed, but since it happened two people have told me that this engine is prone to this. Is this true, and if so, what do I do about the other seven cylinders? I suppose it would be cheaper to have seven done at once than wait for the others to go one at a time. Does anyone else have any experience with this?

Being an '03 it should be the LEAST prone, the threads were doubled up that year to try and help with the issue. I'd be curious which plug spit, 3 and 4 seem to be the vast majority. Mine spit #3 twice, I never worried about the other plugs at the time. I figure they'll either spit or they won't, second time mine went it sounded like an exhaust leak tick before hand and I actually tightened it once but it still went a few months later. If you do them all I'd get quotes from independent shops, they should be half the cost of the dealer.
