Goodmorning Guys,
WOOHOO! It's Friday & we've made it through another week.
I hope you have a great day & a cozy weekend someplace warm.
Finally got the brake pads put on my Toyota!
If I had waited for Jimmy to do it...it wouldn't have gotten done! They were not metal to metal 2 months before he started driving it! So, I guess the next time he wants/needs to use one of my vehicles when his car breaks down....it's not going to happen! I would've made it through the winter with the brakes had I not let him use it to get to work, etc.
It's funny how I get stuck at home with all the vehicles that are either almost out of gas, or not safe/operable. Hmm...He could afford to put gas in my 4Runner every week to get him to/from work for 2 months, but he couldn't find/afford to buy 2 used 14" tires to get his Subaru back on the road?
He did finally get 1 tire for $25 from Pick -n -Pull & I was given 3 (almost new) tires for it. Ofcourse only 1 of the 3 was a 185 R -14. Go Figure!
Atleast his car is driveable again & I'm no longer stuck at home anymore. Now, to find a job so I can keep gas in my vehicles. LOL!

1967 Ford Mustang
Look what we picked up yesterday!
It runs like a top & the 302 sounds mean.
We can hardly wait to start putting it back together. It came with all the parts (new/used) and the best part... we're trading motorcycle parts for it! The guy needs parts to building a Springer Softtail Trike. He had the Springer front end & Softail frame, but needs
everything else. Since Jimmy works at Paughco & has everything readily available, they struck up a
deal. Can't beat that!

Morning NV and friends. I hope everyone is having a nice relaxing weekend.
We have been invited to a friends house for Thanksgiving. No idea what's on the menu.
Dave if those recipes are anything like your spare ribs, then it will be an awesome feast for sure.
Donna, nice to see you finally got it home. I hope the job search is going well.
