Id always have concerns with why someone chose to ebay it, rather than craiglist it. The guy may be a dreamer, who has gotten some classic truck info and thinks his truck is the Holy Grail and worth a fortune, or he figures bidding fever will boost his price, and people who have never seen or inspected the truck in person will bid. The only way i would ever bid on a vehicle would be if it were reasonably local, and i could inspect it, OR, if for some reason that was the exact vehicle i was looking for, and couldnt find it via any other means
