Greetings from So. Cal!

Hello everybody, my name is Bob, and I'm a Ford Junky.

I've run into this forum a number of times looking for info, so I thought it was about time I join in. I have only owned two vehicls that were not Fords in my life (bikes and boats excluded), but they were Mazda's (not sure if that counts).

I currently own seven Fords. Two cars, four trucks, and one SUV. Starting from the oldest is a 1959 F-100 4X4, a 65' Falcon, a 68' F-100, a 71' F-250 C/S, a 2000 F-150,a 94' Expedition and a 95' Focus. The older models (71 and older) are projects awaiting my love (money) and attention. The 68' F-100 has been in my family since 1971, and I'm the third owner. It's nothing special, but it has a lot of sentimental value. The Falcon was my First car that was worth a damn, and was at one time one of the fastest street cars in the area i grew up in. Unfortunatly, it's the only one that doesn't run anymore. I know this is a truck forum, but I like to talk about her when the opportunity arises. I can give stories on every one of them, but the two mentioned have been through a lot with me (especially as a teenager).

Hey Bob, that's quite a pack you have there, but no Ford herd is complete without a Bronco . Now, I'll post links for all the forums you should be looking for info on those nice Fords of yours (you should share more stories, we love those around here, some pics wouldn't hurt neither):

For the 59 go here: 1948 - 1956 F1, F100 & Larger F-Series Trucks - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
For the 68 and the 71: 1967 - 1972 F-100 & Larger F-Series Trucks - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
The 2000 goes here: 1997 - 2003 F150 - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
The Expy goes here: Expedition & Navigator - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums maybe you meant 2004 right? either that or it's a 94 Explorer, if that's so, go here instead: Explorer, Sport Trac, Mountaineer & Aviator - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

And finally, don't forget to go say HI at your Regional Chapter, enjoy FTE bud!: California, Southern Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

Thanks for the welcome guys! Encho, If I had a bronco, I would love it greatly, but the bronco's I like are way out of my price range. (I've tried)

WPNAES, If I didn't have to work the weekends, I would be all about it! Good area to hunt chukkar if your into that.

Hi SoCal-Bob and Welcome to FTE. Bob I am afraid we are going to have to terminate you from the forums, you only have 7 Fords and we require you to have 8. Please buy 1 more Ford and then join again....lol... kidding...kidding...that's a helluva a collection so color me jealous.

We like stories too, and pictures and helping people with questions or trying to help solve a problem someone might be having with their Ford.

If you get a chance Bob , do join our Southern Calif chapter and meet some of your fellow Ford owners and FTE members and upload some pics of your collection to your garage for us all to see.

Welcome to the forums and we will see you in the threads!

Can I count the Fords I don't have anymore? (73'pinto, 65'fairlane, 74'courier, 05'F-150, 2010 Fusion) Ok, so now I'm just braggin. I would love to meet up with folks here. If anybody likes fishing too . . . I LOVE beer! I'll work on the pictures bit. I'm better at wrenchin or driving than I am with the computer. I'll even try to help answer questions. I've built a few engines and trannys before (broke em too).
