No error lights are lit. Speedometer isn't bouncing.

At 30MPH on the speedometer, I am actually going 31MPH so it's pretty close.

There are no codes... But checking the fuel pressure does sound like a good idea.

Turned out the power problem was a mostly plugged catalytic converter.
