v-10 missing

v-10 missing
my 2000 v 10 started missing today. my y pipe har a rattle in it at about 1800-2000 rpms. when the miss started the rettle stoped. the external heat shields were cut off awhile ago so i know it wes not them. Is there a deflector or somethimg inside the y pipe that could have broken off and be cloging it? there is no check engine light on. this is stumping me
