Second problem is it is wanting to over heat when hitting the gas fine at idle... The 1" hose going from the intake to the water pump swells up when revving the engine, way I found it was it blew coolant all over. The hood one day when I was messing around. Top radiator hose sucks shut when revving as we'll? Any ideas
Your hose going from intake to water pump...what kind of hose is it and how old is it? your upper and lower coolant hoses going to/from radiator that suck shut....do they have the spring steel coils in them? My guess is you don't have them, never really thought of the purpose of these before, but suppose it could be to keep them from sucking shut as you stated.
