stang 302ho

i just picked up a '89 stang/gt engine w/ 99k miles. here is my ques: should i totally rebuild the whole engine? i want to replace the cam, intake, heads and stuff. but should i touch the bottom end? jsut wondering what i should be getting into.

should be fine to leave the bottom end...

cept if it's already pooched or almost there!
