Well if I remember right here is my last late night Craigslist run. All in all it involved a trip to Kansas city, a cell phone bidding war, a sketchy bridge crossing, a big bon fire surrounded by about 10 drunks that help load it all. And about got stuck in the guys field and then followed up by Taco bell drive thru at 04:00.

The Craigslist "run" stories I could tell...... but that one is the most memorable. I was a Craigslist-aholic at one time. I mean BAD, so now I do not have to go to the "meeting's" anymore. lol Ever been to these sites?

Armslist.com https://www.armslist.com/

Gunlistings.org https://www.gunlistings.org/

I use to use Search-tempest to search my home state and all states around me for 1973-79 Ford trucks/pieces/parts/parts trucks and 78/79 Bronco's.

5.3LS !?!?!

Please do not shoot...I'm just asking out of curiosity. Has anyone put a 5.3L or LS in a 78/79 f150 or bronco?

And he was from Kentucky too.....I have not put a chebby anything in my Fords. Except for a number of chebby drivers and gave them a ride......wait for it.................... cause they were broke down.

Do you hear that sound? Sounds like ol Henry Ford rolling over in his grave and trying to get out and come give a whooping or maybe he is just reloading. lol
I see car folks put a chebby motor in a 32 or 35 Fords all the time. Not that it is a good idea IMO, but with them being chebby motors you have to have cheap parts available.

What is up with the series of holes in the side of the hood of this truck?

I believe that is called MAF, or Mass-Air-Flow.
