I have a 2002 5.4L triton in my E-250

Are these the same identical motors?

2nd question---Could i put a 5.4 4valve (lincoln navigator engine) in either one of these w/o much modification?

which engine is best for towing, the DOHC in the Navigator or the SOHC in the Truck?

and can a supercharger be put under the hood of a e-van? lol (seriously tho answer the question lmbo)
