oil change

How do I add oil to my truck? Already emptyied my truck and changed the oil filter. I own a ford f250 1977 5.8liter. Can I add oil through the breather? Help, thanks

Oil is going to be 10w 30 high mileage

Uhh, pull the PCV valve out of the oil fill cap, unscrew the cap from the valve cover, and dump your oil in.

Dont forget

And dont be surprised if your oil pressure drops a bit after the oil change. 10w30 is a bit light for 351m. Especially if its got some miles on it. Most guys are running a 10w40 or thicker.
