I can help there! Two options:
1. Tape a piece of styrofoam cup to a long 3/8 extension and put it in the crank hole and press to make an impression of the lock pattern. The dealer has a master set of key (10 different ones I believe) and they can match it up and order the right one or you can contact the manufacturer (McGuard) and the price will be better.
2. Put a deep 9/16 (may be a 1/2- been a while since I done it) 6 point socket on your long extension and give it a couple swats with a hammer. It will get a good enough grip on the lock to turn it with a ratchet and drop the spare. Once the spare is out of the way, you can pop the cover off the lift under the truck and pry the socket and lock off with a screwdriver. Once the lock piece is off, you can now turn the lift with the factory crank (no key) or match it up as above and get a new key.
Ok, sounds like a plan, now if the nor'easter is going to coperate with my plans this weekend, my truck will be done stock, as new from the factory brand new........lets bring on the mods !
Ok , got the codes with my phone camera, that made it a whole lot easier. Plugged in the codes and bam! it works, I like the factor numbers so I didn't even bother to change them. Now the last thing to fix is the trailer brake control, but that's another thread...........
