Its that time gentlemen. Oil cooler has s**t the bed and while im in there changing the oil cooler i have new dummy plugs, standpipes, blue spring kit, egr delete and fumoto valves. Went to local international dealership and got some restore and restore plus and some fleetrite ec-1 rated elc coolant. Already did my flush and will begin teardown in the morning. Any helpful advice for easier removal and/or installation is always greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and wish me luck.
If you get in a Bind Lots of Folks here have done it so you will have Lots of Help
What type EGR Deleate did you go with ??? I used the one that removes the Cooler and the Intake was easier to install Back
In fact I put the Intake back in then Installed the Intake gaskets after so I didn't Kill the New Intake gaskets. You will see what I mean with the WIre Harness in the Way
I went with the sinister egr delete. Good price and has good reviews to go with it. Was going*to go with the bulletproof egr but decided to just do away with the whole thing. And yess the wiring harness is a pain
