The use of grease and the clutch allignment tool will pop the busing out, you can fill the hole first with pretty much anything from nuts to a rag to reduce how much grease it will take.

Will the engine move on a 63? All three support points are on the engine, and nothing on the trans......which I had not seen before. So I figured the engine would stay put.
If you were a neighbor I would certainly help you change a trans. I still have a bit of body to work with. Brains I'm not so sure.

it look ok but is it posibel if wasent ajusted back in to have pused past a presher plat finger because of to much constint presher

Well, can't wait for input should you need to lift the tranny, before doing so, got the impression the fork was loose (comment #7) in the housing and wonder if the retracter spring came out of the retainer; if so, suggest check and verify the clutch arm retracter spring is still attached to the fork ;items listed in Bill's comments "Clutch fork retracting spring (7523)"; it is possible to re-attach by moving the boot back and install the fork onto the throw-out bearing and push the fork as close to the shaft as possible, then move the fork back and try to maneuver the retracting spring on the retainer.?

I had a clutch fork bend one time. Cause the same problem as what the op is describing.

thank you every one for the help and advice i will definently let eveyone know what it terns out to be that is if i ever get a moment to actwaly fix it that is
