OIL Pressure

Hi Guys

Technically speaking, what will happen to an engine when the
oil pressure is high ?
(higher then the pressure the engine was designed for)

What parts can be damaged and how they get damaged ?

Thanks in advance

Normally when the oil pressure is too high it should open up the oil pressure relief valve at a set maximum oil pressure. I am curious why you are asking

If low oil pressure causes engine parts to have poor lubrication and this leads to the parts touching each other and ends it with a seized engine, what would a high oil pressure do ? assuming the pressure relief valve didn't open/work

Depending on the engine; leaking seals, oil bypassing the turbo seals into the intake...

Im also curious, why?

I think turbo seals would be most likely, but who knows what their limit is.

Good question to ask but it depends on the engine. Some will take more abuse than others. Sometimes if oil pressure is maxed out hitting the relief valve 100% of the time it can be hard on seals. Remember, oil pressure is not created by the pump the pump only creates flow. Pressure is made from tight spaces such as main bearing clearances, and other parts that have to be with in a spec.
