Glow plugs
Here is the problem,when it goes into the glow plug mode,the relay does not close and the. Small wire that goes to ground through the PCM has about 12v,is there a fuse in that wire,I wouldn't think so.i replaced the relay and it is like the old one was. Thanks for any help. JIM

No, that wire isn't fused. Don't look for voltage on that wire. Disconnect it from the relay and check for resistance. It should read open/infinite resistance when the key is off, and zero ohms / continuity when you turn the key to RUN.
