Sorry to bring back an old thread. I just bought an 07 F250 CC, wife is short. How difficult/expense to install adjustable pedals? I see on the dash where the switch would have been located had it come with this option.

I have a power pedal assy with switch for an F250 if you are interested. I bought it a while back to install in my old F150 but they are different. Should fit yours OK. Check into the retro fit first. If interested, I find them in my shed and look it over to see if all is still there. I have it in my current F250 and it's the only thing that allows my wife (5' 1") to drive it.
Maybe a bit off topic, but has anyone come up with a good left foot rest? I had one in my Flex and really liked it. I have thought of using a bent metal rod or block of wood with a vinyl pad.
