The info is in my signature link. I did a new build thread for the X. Basically I installed F-250 leafs and did custom AAL
for the OP: Have you done any spring work on your Excursion? Does it sit at stock height still? or did you lift it any? From the factory, the Excursion sits 1" lower up front than a 99-04 F-250/350 does. The FRONT shocks for the Excursion are also 1" shorter. If you have done any spring work, I highly suggest you grab 99-04 spec'd F-250/350 shocks for the front. The are 1" longer fully extended.
For the back, the F-250/350 and the Excursion are identical shock wise
My Ex was already jacked up a little bit when I bought it. I am just learning about this sorts of stuff so I am not actually sure what has been done to it as far as that goes. It had 4 owners before me and I'm pretty sure one may have been a kid because there was a pioneer stereo in it and it looks as though it has been used off road in the past. If someone can tell me how to post pics I will take a pic of mine up close. They are red and white if that helps anyone lol.
