Winter Storage Tips?

Winter Storage Tips?
Hello all, sadly I have to put my girl in storage for the winter is there anything other then fuel stabilizer, disconnecting the batteries, etc that I should know about or perform to help her in her winter hibernation? Fingers crossed she will be in a enclosed garage or an undercover area as we get a buttload of snow up here every year.

Mine sits all winter, usually in the cold side of the shed. Last year was an exception. I do nothing besides put a tank of #1 fuel in just in case I'd need to start it, and unhook batteries. We see our fare share of snow and below zero temps too.

...ditto 427's advice. My truck sits in storage for 4 months each summer and when I shut her down I fill both fuel tanks w/ added stabilizer, disconnect the battery cables and finally I put a bunch of drier sheets under the hood to keep away mice that may chew on wires and firewall insulation. And if I'm feeling extra motherly I'll tell her a bed time story too.
