For right now Renton will be as far as I am willing to travel.
I like the food and the service at Jimmy Macs so......

Do we switch back to weekends or what?

I'm not quite sure yet unfortunately. I haven't had time to think anything over.. Night shift is crazy! I've already done 40.5 hours and I started on Oct 4th. They are gonna sit me down and coach me about managing my hours or something.

40 hours in 9 days isn't much. I really miss working 6-10s, being a workaholic that can't work is a nightmare on many levels.

Going to the farm in Snohomish is something I will do as it's close and I can get friends whose trucks I work on to go also, not saying it has to be "The Meet".

Figure out when you want to do Jimmy Macs and if my Intake sells then gas won't be an issue.

I loved the 6 days at 10 Hours then the added 4 hours on Sunday.
Boss said if I could get it done in less time he would still pay 4 hours.
Most of the time it only took 2~3 hours.
All I was doing was cleaning and starting up 4 of the auxiliary
printers on the main printing press 1/2 Hr job and making sure the
plant compressors were coming online. I never had to start the extruders
heating process. But after a few cal-lbacks for a blown over pressure safety
maybe I should of been.

Sam's Club doesn't like it's employees taking overtime. I don't mind the extra money and would love a 10 hour shift for sure. The dealership I used to work at would pay overtime but I'd get in trouble for not letting the boss know. When I was plumbing however, they encouraged overtime.

The only thing I didn't like about OT is when you hit around 55 hours the taxes increase so you kind of have to go to 60 in order to really make more money, either stop at 53 or go all the way up to/past 60.

Yeah, taxes suck... The dealership I worked at they hiked my taxes up after making a draw check since they forgot to make an actual paycheck. $600 on top of my normal payment then after taxes the 600 removed. My check was low and taxes were high, then my paychecks started getting lower. That's when I had enough and left. This paycheck from Sam's Club should be nice, I'll be happy to be able to afford stuff again.

Thanks Sean I appreciate it. Unfortunately it won't be as happy as I thought. Found out the leukemia my grandfather has is now terminal and chemo didn't work. They didn't say how long he has but he seems pretty healthy at the moment so it could be a long while.

I appreciate the birthday wish though, thanks .

Well I shouldn't ask so late but what day is good for everyone? I've got wednesday off and Tuesday I don't have to work at the gas station till after 10 pm. Otherwise it will be kind of hard to make it before work. Possible though.

Well I see one NO vote for week nights.

Weekends are ok for me.
Today is the 20th so we are getting short on time.

So how about 26th 5:00 PM at Jimmys ?
