2013 F 350 bed Alignment

Just brought a brand new leftover 2013 the bed sits off to the cab ? Anyone else ? Is the frame off the bed to the ground is also off .From left to right behind the cab i'ts a half inch off .Monday they are going to put it on a frame machine at an outside body shop .I have owned a 2003 a 2005 a 2008 and now .a 2013 and I own a 1990 F 250 and a 65 ranchero .I returned the truck and said I don't want a crooked truck for the price I paid .I have a case number with ford and the dealer tried a new cab mount did not make much of a difrence .The truck has 750 miles 3 trips back and forth to the dealer from my house that's it .If ford wont take the truck back I'm done . Everyone of my F 350's had problems right from the factory everyone . I just want a new truck and to get back to work .What's with the factory engineers in meetings on Fridays and not available to respond to the dealers .

Hi arnoul, and welcome to the site, I hope you get all your problems solved soon, but being a left-over it might be a returned truck already, you better check the fine print in that purchase contract very closely to see if you have any grounds to ask for a buy-back.

What's been discoverd is the cab is low in the left rear and low in the front .The body shop when it put it on a frame machine the frame is staraight but the whole truck is off .Ford motor co is draging there feet .The dealer is great they are the one that put it on a frame machine to prove to the factory Engineers the truck is off 54 thousand and they have the truck .Ford motor co is dragging there feet costing me ton's / The dealer offered to loan me a kia WTF .Ford motor co has not even called me after they told me I would here from them in 2 days it's been a week and nothing .I will be done with ford if they don't make this right and soon .I still might refuse to take the truck back it only has 700 miles which is 3 trips from my house to the dealer .
