no power steerin

08 f 250 4x4 6.4 replaced power steerin pump after two broke belts still no power steerin what could be the problem

Forgot to add after the belt broke the first time the clown drivin kept goin for 15 miles

Perhaps the power steering pump, a vane type pump, failed and seized up trashing the belt. Possibly at this point the vanes are trashed enough that the pump isn't seized but also isn't pumping. You might loose brake boost as well since it's hydroboost powered by the same pump.
