hy 35 ?

I can get a Hy 35 turbo from a guy off a 24v dodge for 150 . The question is can I use it on my truck and is that a good price . I have an idit and understand I might have to do some work to use it if possible .

Price is good if the turbo is in good shape, but that turbo is too small to work on a 7.3. HY35 is the same compressor as a HX 35 ( 56mm 7 blade i believe) but the HY has the tiny 9cm housing and smaller turbine. The hotsides are not interchangable. You want a HX35 off of a 24v with a standard transmission.

Trying to figure all that out at the moment . Looking to build a motor that is good off the line towing and can last for at least 100 thousand miles
