COP connector removal?

Hi all,
working on a 2003 F150 w/ a 5.4. I'm wanting to change the spark plugs, but I can't see any tabs to release the plugs on the COP. Any suggestions? TIA

Yeah, that clip on the bottom is kinds hard to see and feel, and even when you know where it is it is sometimes hard to get to.

Sometimes dirt and little pebbles get under the release tab so they won't unlock. Air blow gun or light water spray may help remove them.
