Electrical Issues
I have a 73 f-250 changed out the starter, solenoid, ignition, tumblers, battery, battery cables, and when I go to shut truck off it still runs.

There has to be a back-feed from somewhere or a short between two wires.
You'll need to start doing some trouble shooting.
This is where a good set of wiring schematics and a multi-meter can be indispensable.

Still runs as in how? As if you didn't touch the key, or it's dieseling?

All right then, following Mike's advice is about all you can do. You have to investigate.

Did you get any of the ignition wires swapped the wrong way? As in the ignition switch, it could also be a bad switch.
