I made this today at work and am going to completely isolate the HPOP from the air test. The only place i hear any air leak is someplace around the pump itself now. Replaced Fuel injector o-rings, nipple cup o-rings, stand pipes, dummy plugs, and STC fitting. I sure hope that its the pump and not the branch tube. I think this tool will either exclude the pump or make it clear that the pump is bad.
I just put the STC in about a month ago, do you guys think ill be able to reuse the orings or will i have to get new ones?
Ok fellas I tested just the branch tube without the pump connected and had zero leaks in the branch tube.
I also air tested the pump on the bench and its leaking from a port in the front of the pump. Is that normal? I will post pics later, but think I might have finally found my issue. Any body have thoughts, suggestions or ideas?

It's the hole on the left right next to the gear
if the ipr isn't closed it will leak from there. if everything was back together all you have to do is apply air close ipr and remove oil filter cap and listen for gurgling. if it gurgles the hpop is bad!! 9 times out of 10 the ipr is shot to!!
