other than cutting some inner fender well is there anything else that needs relocated with the out the fenderwell headers? also what kind of power increase do you typically get from changing to headers of iron manifolds?
I had to trim the inner fender well on both sides. The passenger side cab mount and bolt needed ground back some as well. As '77&79F250' suggested, I had to remove the brake line clamp on the driver side. Finally removing the shock driver side shock tower was a necessity to get them in. Here's a link to a thread I started back when I was going down this road.
What they said already plus... I had to install a dent on one of the driver's side tube as the steering shaft needed just a bit more room to rotate without hitting.
