Rim Help

Hi guys, I work for a ice company and one of my clients is a Monster Energy rep and he gave me a set of there monster rims for free. I have a stock 2001 F250 with stock wheels. The rims he gave me are off a Chevy 18x9 and its 8x180 and my truck is 8x170.
Any lug wheel adapters you recommend? I want a sturdy pair since i tow trailers every once in a while. Thanks
