The stock wheels are usually either 15x7 or 15x7.5. You can get get some 15x8s. What size tire do you want to run?

A word of advice I have had rims that stuck out more and the truck did not handle or drive as good as it does with the OEM wheels. The ones I had were Eagle Alloy 589 Bajas and were 15x8. They stuck out about an inch more. I have 31x10.50s.

Something else to consider is that the more wheels/tires stick out the more they are not good for the wheel bearings and the rest of the front suspension.
