6.0 problems

Hello I have a 03 f250sd 6.0 cranks no start no codes scaned xgauge ficm main power 48.5 flp 12.5. Syc was 1 ipr 14.8 icp 0 do ineed to replace icp or is there something I'm missing

Icp is gunna be 0 with the engine off. What were the symptoms leading up to the no start? Does the secondary fuel bowl fill up after cranking? Hows the oil pressure on dash look? Usually when I hear no start I think icp/hpop and that's usually with 05s and up. How many miles on your 03?

Does icp increase while cranking - supposed to get to 500 to start.

No oil pressure on dash fuel bowl fills up icp does increase 140 thousand had to to fuel line before had no problem cranking would hesitate at times but would catch up lot of black smoke stalled in road now won't crank turns over fine
