You typed the VIN incorrectly, the S belongs after the V, not before it. Your truck cannot be an F700 w/an F60 series code.
F60DVS01693
F60 = F600 2WD (gas).
D = 330 2V Heavy Duty FT engine.
V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.
S01693 = 1973.
330 2V H/D engine is not the same as the 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine (VIN engine code C).
With that FT, I would pretty much assume that it would be an R&R. Meaning they would take your core and rebuild it. The crate companies cut lots of corners in their rebuilds. You may get lucky and find one in stock. But I would find a Ford oriented machine shop and get an estimate for a rebuild. Save the money on shipping.
