Arrow Guidelines For New Users

Thanks for visiting and welcome to Ford Truck Enthusuasts!

When asking a question please try to include all the critical details about your truck, such as year, engine, transmission, 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, the type of noise it's making, the area the noise is coming from, things you have already done to try to correct the problem, etc. By doing this your question can be answered quicker and more completely.

If you are adding information about a thread that has already been started please find the original thread and add to it, by doing this it will make it much easier for everyone to follow.

When you have a thread that has not received a reply and it has found it's way off the first page you can bump it back to the top of the first page by replying to it instead of starting a new thread. You may also want to consider looking at one of our other forums were you may find your answer.

I have put together several links to technical information and common problems in a single thread, you may find an answer there:

3.0L Technical Information & Tips

If you didn't get a chance to review our guidelines please take a few minutes and look at them now. Forum Guidelines

Don't forget about our online store, Motorhaven.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by, enjoy the FTE site, and best of luck with your truck!

Please note that this is a Ford Truck engine forum, therefore any posts concerning a 3.0L Ford vehicle other than a Ranger, Escape or Aerostar will be moved to the General Automotive Forum.
