Unplugged icp plug. Cranked it and it turned over fine and spun quick. Hpo went to 2200 icp was at 34ish with no firing. It's not even trying now. I noticed the connection for the plug on the icp wiggles side to side. Is it supposed to or is it broken? Its hard to tell
I sent him a link to this thread (hi Curtis). My first thought was a fuel problem. So I changed my inline filter with no difference. I just blew the filter under the hood out and it fired up. My wife noted that the fuel pump was making a strange noise. I got under the truck and she's right. It's making a strange sound like it's running empty. When I pulled the filter I had her cycle the key while I watched fuel flow into the bowl. It was pumping in very slow maybe 3psi. I just sent my fuel pressue gauge yesterday under watantee. When I had a working gauge it read 70psi at idle. I'm beginning to think it could be a fuel pump issue. Does this make sense?
BAAM! 351 doesn't mind pulling the 7.3 again. 7.3,6.0,6.4...351 doesn't mind. Hmm tomorrow is ronco, a van then I'll be over see what we can do. The 6.5 ranger may be down to give a hand. Breakout box we have this.
Baam. Passenger side bank is dead. Driver side is alive. Gonna do the 50 cent mod. May as well cross that one off the bucket list. I love running dual Egt gauges. It's one of the best things I ever put in the truck
