You can always IGNORE the "smartass" parts of a post. You actually got the answer to your question obscenely early in your thread, but you spent more time focusing on anything you could find as an attack on yourself then actually paying attention to the answer.
Reminds me way too much of that stupid *** 13 year old on that damn FB group. ****'s just lame.
Not trying to focus on the neg or attack as you said. Just see that a lot on other forums im a member of and just rubs me wrong. I understand im new to this one and alot of people are kind of leery of the newbies because a lot of them cause trouble or just need a fast answer and then you never see them again, however i like to look around and always see things that can be learned and try to help out with answers as much as i can. Also there is always that one or 2 people on each forum that likes to be the occasional smart *** and i completely understand that. But i would still like to know if there would be much of a weight difference between the 2 considering both would be same wheel tire combo just diff size wheel. But i got a close enough answer so i just took that. Most of us are all here for the same reason, to learn and share ideas and experiences and help each other as much as possible. No hard feeling towards Alpha, we just got off on the wrong foot lol. Idk what the FB group is as im still new, so i cant comment on that. Oz, ask away lol
MT ATZs are not available in 22s. I picked Nitto Terra Grapplers - second worst at tire EVAR. I also chose KMC Revolvers - not hideous but easy for me to find weight
295/60R20 on 20x10 8x170 rims 67.3+33.4=100.7lbs
285/55R22 on 22x10 8x170 rims 64.0+36.3=100.3lbs
Is there anything else I can do to make your FTE experience more enjoyable?

Awesome job, exactly what i was asking, thanks. from now on, i will call you..........."The Google Master" lol!!!
I will admit I expected you to have about 5lbs each tire/rim difference but do you think a 7000lb truck will give a shat about .4lbs of rotational weight?
Third, fat dan i ask thinking i would get a little help in answering a question, not a smart *** comment..
oh noez! you asked a dumb vague question on the internet and someone gave you a simple logical answer. the horrors, the horrors, oh the huge manatee!!1!
i'm not going to pretend to act like i'm a physicist or anything, but objects in motion tend to want to stay in motion, so i'd say if you were to have an actual concern about running big *** bling wheels, it'd be logical to be worried about braking performance, not how will it effect your mpg's.... torgue dont care about rotating mass once it's moving, so a given tire diameter would need a massive weight diffence to make any noticable difference at all in mileage.
also, if you wish to dd a lifted truck with oversized tires you should drop all cares about mpg's right now or go buy a prius.

I figured it would have been a little more difference in weight myself. Actually kind of surprised it is only a .4lb difference.

and i'm the google master btw.
I'm not worried about mpg's, just want to make sure i don't cause any issues for when im pulling with it. Just trying to cover all my bases. Lmao, i'm not a prius kinda guy. Forgive me ol' google master lol
Must be nice to be able to afford blingtastic wheels for a work truck.
Either way Idk if Coopers are available in that size but id go with them. or if your gonna drop that much $ on rims i guess money is not a big concern so Toyo's supposed to last forever.
