I have this
OBDII adaptor OBDII adaptor
from amazon and downloaded torque pro for $5 from google play. I created a custome display for transmission temperature, coolant temperature, engine load, and boost. The only thing I'd like to have is engine oil temperature but this does not seem to be available as a pid. I'm going to buy a universal smartphone car mount to hold my smartphone on the dash. I really like the fact it has transmission temperature. I had to install a sensor in my transmission for the Expedition.

I also have Car Gauge Pro. It works well, but is a little buggy.

You should see EOT, I have it for my 6.0. I can't imagine they haven't built a PID for all of the same sensors. I'd like oil pressure...can't seem to find it.

I hooked up to my OBDII and I don't have oil temperature. Below is a screenshot of my smartphone and for oil temperature I have no data. I did not have the truck cranked. I also did not see oil pressure.

Did you go in to the menu and add the Ford specific PIDs? That just looks like the canned PIDs.

How do I get to the menu? I'm in the "Real Time Information" section.

Thanks

Go back to main menu and then select the menu then setting then I think its add PIDs. Then it should show you Ford and I beleiev motor size as well. Select your motor then it downloads your engine specific PIDs. Then you can set up a customs dash. I have about 15 gauges I monitor.
