My heads are the only thing I'm sending out I have a very good head shop here and the guy is very reasonable he did my 5.4 2v heads in 3 days for ~$200

Got heads back, got the block de glazed (did it myself for the first time ever) and now I'm just waiting on money to come in for more parts.

Well after some life distractions I finally have all my motor parts in, have my bottom end together now just have to do top end and order my new distributor. I think I've decided to go with a HEI set up just for simplicity and the PO did away with all the factory ignition for a points set up
