U.S. Radiator

Im looking at having U.S. Radiator build me a radiator for my 56 Ford and had a few questions I wanted to throw out there to those that might have used this company before.

First I would like to put forward the question of the quality, are their radiators of good quality for the price they are asking?

Second is the baffle option they offer where they will place baffles in the tanks to force your coolant to pass 3 times through your radiator. They claim this triple flow option would drop temperatures 15*F. Would this option be worth spending extra money on if I go with the OEM style radiator that has the OEM core spacing? Im trying to weigh my options on this as this would make simple coolant flushing more complex as the radiator wouldnt simply drain completly as the bottom tank would have a baffle which would trap half the coolant in the radiator.

If U.S. Radiator is not that good of a company, who should I talk with? I am seeking what people call a 100 points car but I want something that not only appears OEM but will provide trouble free service for a driver.
