Bought a toy at lunch time
$65. Didn't really need it, but don't see a lot of John Deere saws for sale. Guy I bought it from thought his friend got it around 86. Couldn't find and model or serial numbers on it. not sure who was the original manufacturer. Around a 20" bar on it. pretty good size. I have a Johnsred I bought from my dad 5 years or so ago, 16" bar, but works for anything I have used it for and runs good.

Sounds like you got a pretty good deal...interweb search says Deere saws were made by a number of companies...Echo...Homelite...Koritz.
