You two make me laugh. Most every bridge in the country is in poor condition. Our neglect of our infrastructure is almost criminal.

That it is Shawn. Baltimore is a great example of it. Water system that has water mains still in service that are 90+ years old. dozens of water main breaks almost daily in the winter because of it. Roads that are so bad it isnt funny.

State was trying to sell a big iron truss bridge that was on the beginning of route 107 in bethel

The use of salt is criminal. Go back to packing the snow and snowmobile on the roads

Got some rusty old bridges here in Illinois as well, Not worth scrapping for the rust.

MD dumps way to much salt on the roads. Every spring I make sure I hose the undercarriage of the truck very well to get all of the salt off of it.

Tree Huggers won't allow for that. Too much hazardous material on the road surface, or the iron will kill the wildlife.
