No start issue
Having a no start issue. First off when problem happened, i replaced both battery cable ends on starting battery side. New glow plug module and relay. Also fixed two positive wire ends(one that goes to gp relay, and solenoid on fender.). When you turn the key you just hear one click. Sounds like solenoid on the fender.
Both batteries tested perfect. Glow plugs work fine. Anybody think its the solenoid on the starter?

there is no "starting battery"
the batteries are wired in parallel. they both are used at all times unless you have bad wires.
check the ground connections on both batteries.
also, the batteries must be a matched set. same size CCA's on both.
if one is new and one is old, the old one will kill the new one.
if all connections and batteries are good, then the next step is the solenoid. if the solenoid is good, the next step is the starter.

You can cross the posts on the solenoid on the fender w a good screwdriver (making sure it's in neutral) and see if the starter responds. As long as the batteries and cables are good, this should tell you if the issue is the starter or elsewhere.
