Lose a/c after
03 Expedition xlt 2wd On long trips having problem where air flow coming out of vents is low even on max setting .if i disconnect vacuum line that comes in to (i believe controls) for a couple of min then air flow returns.Or turning off a/c completely for a few min can also produce same results. HeLp!!Hoses in the engine compartment look fine.

Agreed. I had this once on a GMC Typhoon. The problem was ultimately an improper amount of freon put in the A/C system by a mechanic if memory serves.

Hey Gents , thanks for responding!How would this obstruct air flow,also have noticed a little more water on the ground than before and in a different spot but close to where it normally drains .I ve replaced the pulley and clutch hub because of a loud noise what appears to me to be from a/c.I only think this cause noise is only present when a/c is running,also thinking harmonic balance, drive belt pulleys(have replaced 2 of 3) tension pulley?
