HVAC air flow problem

Has anyone else noticed low air flow of their HVAC. The motor sounds like it is running bu thee isn't that much air coming out.

What year truck? Is the problem at all settings of the system? You know heat, vent, defrost and AC.

2004 Screw

There just doesn't seem to be a lot of "force" when you have the heater on blowing on the feet

I'm having this same problem with my 03 expedition. The 03 expy was redesigned before the f150 so I was researching these f150 boards specifically for 04s with this problem. What did you find?

filter???

Most newer vehicles have a filter for the hvac system, called a cabin filter. Could be dirty and blocking flow.

There are no cabin air filters involved with these. It is in the manual but it was never implemented. Not on the 03 expy and I am pretty sure not on the 04 f150 too. Perhaps later years as well.
